Please read the following terms before registering
A deposit of 500 euros per person is required to register in the course. We accept VISA/Mastercard. The balance is due no later that 90 days before the course begins. Upon receiving your deposit, Abruzzo Cibus will send you a confirmation. If not paid on time, Abruzzo Cibus Srl reserves the right to treat the reservation as cancelled. The expenses covered in the prices quoted are hotel room (double occupancy or single occupant with supplement fee), cooking classes, all meals, transportation for private excursions as agreed in the course program, and scheduled transportation to and from the Italian airport. Airfare is not included.
Cancellations and refunds
Abruzzo Cibus Srl reserves the right to cancel any course for any reason and is not liable or responsible for any expenses incurred by you, including non-refundable tickets and reservations, hotel and airfare. The refund of all payments received from you shall release Abruzzo Cibus Srl from any liability to you. You may cancel your reservation by sending written notice to Abruzzo Cibus Srl. Monies you sent to Abruzzo Cibus Srl will be returned, less a cancellation fee, determined as of the date Abruzzo Cibus Srl receives your written notice. Cancellation fees are
90 days or more before the course begins: 500 euros (your deposit)
If you have travel insurance, you can claim it to your insurance and we will forward you the invoice with all the details.
If you do not have travel insurance, you can send a replacement participant, so that you will not loose the amount you owe.
If you do not have travel insurance and do not have a replacement, you will owe the full amount of the complete tour because it is considered no show.
Responsibility
Course participants expressly agree that Abruzzo Cibus Srl shall not be liable for any delay, mishap, inconvenience, expense, bodily injury or death or damage to participant and/or property occasioned through the acts, negligence or defaults of any company or individual engaged in providing the services arranged by Abruzzo Cibus Srl. Abruzzo Cibus Srl shall not be liable, directly or indirectly, for any injury, death, or damage for any reason whatsoever, including but not limited to acts of God, detention, war, quarantine, weather, terrorism, civil disturbance, strike, changes in government regulations, airline or other travel operations, or other causes. Abruzzo Cibus Srl reserves the right to accept or retain any person as a participant in the course and to make itinerary changes whenever, in its sole judgement, conditions warrant. Abruzzo Cibus Srl will not be liable for any belongings damaged, lost or left behind by the participant. By means of registration, agreement is made to all the terms and conditions as stated herewith. Purchase of insurance for lost luggage, personal effects, accidents, health and trip cancellation is recommended. Consult your travel agent. Consult your tax advisor as to whether these courses are tax-deductible to you.
