Straccetti with rucola and parmigiano
Today we’re gonna cook straccetti with rucola and parmigiano. A traditional, very easy and quick italian recipe!
- Parmigiano reggiano
- Balsamic vinegar
- Olive oil
- Sliced veal
Cut the fresh rucola in large pieces. Put them in a plate with some chopped tomatoes. Then flour the very thin cut beef, put a little bit of olive oil on the pan, heat it up and then cook the meat with the hot oil. Add a little bit of salt, pepper, drizzle of balsamic vinegar. It will be done in 30 seconds.
Put the straccetti on the rucola bed. Gently drizzle a little bit of olive oil on top and then finish it up with parmigiano chunks.
