Paccheri with tuna
Paccheri, tuna, little fresh tomato, capers… this is an awesome dish, expecially in the summer!
- Olive oil
- Black olives
- White wine
Place the paccheri in a large pot of salted boiling water. In the meantime, combine garlic and olive oil in a cold skillet. Lightly saute until the onions become transparent (be sure not to brown). Then add capers, olives, white wine, tuna and fresh tomatoes.
Add the cooked pasta to the sauce making sure the pasta is evenly coated with the sauce, heat over a low flame for one minute. Serve with fresh parsley.
