Carpaccio is a fabulous appetizer to serve when entertaining guests. It looks and tastes great and it’s easy to prepare.

Thinly slice the fresh pore mushrooms, then put a little bit of olive oil, salt, pepper, Put the sliced veal all around the mushrooms. Add salt and pepper, Cut some Parmigiano Reggiano, and then sprinkle a generous amout of lemon juice. Make sure you don’t put the stone-pits! Refrigerate for about 30 minutes and then it’ll be ready to be served.
