Aglio, olio and pepe trito
Something fast and easy to cook: aglio, olio & pepe trito. It takes 2 minutes to do it!
- Extra virgin olive oil
- Pepe trito
Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Cook spaghetti in the boiling water, stirring occasionally until cooked through but firm to the bite, about 10-11 minutes.
In the meantime, combine garlic and olive oil in a cold skillet. Cook over medium heat to slowly toast garlic. Reduce heat to medium-low when olive oil begins to bubble. Cook and stir until garlic is golden brown. Then add a little bit of pepper (pepe trito).
Once the souce is done, add a little bit of salt water. Let it cook for another minute.
When the pasta is done, toss it in the skillet. Serve it topped with a bit of parsley.
