Aglio, olio and pepe trito
Something fast and easy to cook: aglio, olio & pepe trito. It takes 2 minutes to do it!
Ingredients:
- Spaghetti
- Extra virgin olive oil
- Sault
- Garlic
- Pepe trito
Cooking time:
12 minutes
Directions:
Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Cook spaghetti in the boiling water, stirring occasionally until cooked through but firm to the bite, about 10-11 minutes.
In the meantime, combine garlic and olive oil in a cold skillet. Cook over medium heat to slowly toast garlic. Reduce heat to medium-low when olive oil begins to bubble. Cook and stir until garlic is golden brown. Then add a little bit of pepper (pepe trito).
Once the souce is done, add a little bit of salt water. Let it cook for another minute.
When the pasta is done, toss it in the skillet. Serve it topped with a bit of parsley.

OHOH!! i forgot how HOT Pepe Trito was!! I MAY have over done it. .. but!! I now have more for another day and am so blessed on your lessons taught to us all. THANKYOU DINo and MAssimo and CHristina, and CHeryl too!
Ok…loving the food and wanting to be able to replicate here at home, I bought the hot and sweet pepper jars offered at school…what I’m not sure of is the ratio in the recipes when it calls for 1/2 or 1/4 tsp Pepe trito .
Please help..I don’t want to waste my jars of gold!
