    Truffles

    Carunchio has an abundance of truffles. The season starts in June and it ends in September.

    This is quite an experience and can only do it in rare places, and Carunchio is one of them.
    Truffle hunting is a unique and exciting adventure that blends the thrill of a treasure hunt with the charm of the great outdoors.

    Guided by skilled hunters and their specially trained dogs, participants wander through serene forests in search of these rare and aromatic fungi hidden beneath the soil.

Engage in the artistry of harvesting alongside local experts, as you pluck ripe clusters straight from the vines.     Olive Harvest

    Join us for a hands-on adventure during our Olive Harvest session, where you’ll step into the heart of our picturesque olive grove and pick fresh olives straight from the trees.

    Under the guidance of our expert instructors, you’ll learn the age-old techniques of harvesting olives by hand, all while surrounded by the peaceful beauty of the landscape. Whether you’re a seasoned olive lover or a complete beginner, this half-day experience is designed to connect you with the traditional craft of olive harvesting, giving you a true taste of the Mediterranean lifestyle.

    After the harvest, we’ll talk about the importance of selecting the right olives and their journey to becoming olive oil – a perfect introduction to both the art of olive cultivation and the flavors that define Mediterranean cooking.

    The olive harvest is available from mid October to mid November.
