A former teacher transformed into a group leader and a tour guide. Fun, warm, accommodating, hospitality specialist and full of knowledge.
ADAM
The cat whisperer that occasionally is the maintenance man at the Palazzo. Multitalented. Can do any job and….. he loves cats.
Dino
Renaissance man. Chef extraordinaire, philosopher, historian, singer, theatre director and cooking instructor. He will cook every meal and will teach how to cook the main specialties, throwing in some history, some Abruzzo tradition and a little laugh.
Mariarosa
Sous chef, works hand in hand with Dino. Known for her baking and desserts making, that you will enjoy for breakfast.
Chiara
Our favourite waitress. Always smiling, warm and kind. Behind the bar, she makes amazing cocktails, known for her Limoncello Martini.
Sabina
Waitress and breakfast specialist. She makes the best cappuccino.
Giovanni
Our driver, known as ``smooth operator”. He is incredibly skilled with his driving. He will pick you up in Rome, will take you to Carunchio and he will drive us around. We are in good hands.

Our dishwasher. She is a tornado. Strong, fast, efficient, clean, loyal, perfectionist.
