In the year 2004, while working for a big company in corporate America, I decided to leave behind the successful career path before me and head back to my roots on the shores of the Adriatic Sea to build a dream that I had.
 
As I've always loved entertaining guests and sharing my passion of good food and wine with friends and family, I decided to take the dream a step further. Why not make new friends all over the world and share this exquisite experience with them as well? I've created a warm, welcoming, family atmosphere where guests can really feel at ease and have a real Italian experience without the hassles of today's commercial tourism industry. The experience that I've gained in working in corporate America, paired with my inborn passion for hospitality, I believe, makes me understand the expectations of foreign tourists. That is why I decided to be in this venture.
 
We are different from other food & wine tours in that we have our own palace, our own chefs, our own transportation for guests, and the staff are always the same friendly people that will treat you like family. Our groups, by choice, are very small (max. 8 people), so we will get to know each other with ease. Our palace has only 6 rooms, so your group will have the whole Palazzo Tour d'Eau to themselves, with the entire staff dedicated only to you. It's an exclusive way of giving a special service. It's all about you and nobody else.
 
As opposed to the usual restaurant/hotel kitchen that gives a very cold feeling, we have built a special, modern demonstration kitchen exclusively for your cooking classes, in order to make them cozy and comfortable. We want you to enjoy your vacation and learn a few cooking tricks, all the while relaxing. You will learn to cook special recipes that are delicious and can be easily made again at home. When you go home, you will feel comfortable and excited about showing off what you've learned and cooking these special dishes to impress your guests. We will be using fresh ingredients that can easily be found at your local grocery store.

Special tours will be arranged around the region of Abruzzo, which has so much to offer. We will not use a professional tour guide because we believe that you can get that anywhere. We, on the other hand, are going to take you to the special places that we would take our friends when they come and visit from abroad. We take pride in being good hosts. It gives us great satisfaction.
