Molino has had a passion for food and
cooking. She hails from a long line of
home culinary aficionados who tied her to
their apron strings from a very young age.
Now after 25 years of experience in all
aspects of an award winning restaurant and
studying cooking in both Europe and
America, she has settled in Abruzzo. With
6 years of living the Italian experience
and travelling throughout Italy and
Abruzzo in particular, she brings to
Abruzzo Cibus Culinary Tours her flair of
the restaurant experience coupled with the
traditions of Italian cooking and this yet
undiscovered region. Her simple approach

graduate of Villa Santa Maria Cooking
school, renowned to be one of the best and
prestigious in Italy, Alma Mater to many famous chefs all
over the world, Dino Paganelli has also got a degree in philosophy. He has
developed his
own style and art in preparing special
dishes, all the while remaining true to his roots in
the heart of Abruzzo. He specializes in local Abruzzese cuisine with a
gourmet twist. He is a real
