A graduate of Villa Santa Maria Cooking school, renowned to be one of the best and prestigious in Italy, Alma Mater to many famous chefs all over the world, Dino Paganelli has also got a degree in philosophy. He has developed his own style and art in preparing special dishes, a ll the while remaining true to his roots in the heart of Abruzzo. He specializes in local Abruzzese cuisine with a gourmet twist.
