The
3 day culinary program is made for people on
the go, that have a short time for vacations.
It's like the 7 day program compressed in 3
days. A good value. You will be staying at
the Palazzo Tour d'Eau historic residence and
we are going to have cooking classes in the
morning. After a short break we will be
heading to some special location, always
involving food, such as a great winery, or a
cheese plant. A great way to indulge yourself
with food, learning about cooking special
dishes and visiting special locations in this
great region of
Abruzzo.

Abruzzo
offers visitors numerous possibilities and
various itineraries depending on one's
interests and travel wishes. This option is
different than the culinary tour. In this
short period of time we will be travelling
around Abruzzo and seeing the most important
and fascinating sites of this wonderful
region.
We
propose here a food and wine tour that will
allow visitors to fully enjoy their trip with
many sightseeing while fulfilling the
palate's desire.
We
think the most appropriate place to start our
quest is the Saffron Road in Piana di Navelli
where the history, culture and art of this
part of Abruzzo all come alive in the
flavours found in this unexplored
